The painting process of soft touch paint cookware handles requires standardized operation and strict protection measures, which ensures stable product quality and intact appearance.
1. First of all, strict pretreatment is essential. Workers must thoroughly clean and degrease the Cookware handle surface to remove dust, oil stains and impurities, which can avoid paint peeling, uneven coating and particle defects.
The spraying environment should maintain constant temperature and low dust, with moderate humidity to prevent the elastic paint from foaming or cracking during curing.
2. Second, In the spraying operation, uniform paint thickness and consistent spraying distance must be guaranteed.
Multiple thin coating layers are better than one thick layer to achieve a soft, smooth and elastic surface texture.
It is necessary to strictly control the drying time and curing temperature, as improper parameters will damage the hand feel and wear resistance of the paint film.
3.The Baking time and temperature would also control well. After applying the elastic paint, allow it to stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes to cure (this is very important. First, let most of the solvents evaporate. If you directly put it into the oven, it is very likely to have bubbles and pinholes. Then proceed to the Baking line, usually the Baking line keeps 65～70℃，for 30 minutes.
After finished the painting, packaging protection is also important, finished cookware handles should be fully cooled before packaging to avoid paint surface scratches and adhesion.
> Each handle can be wrapped with independent soft bubble film or dust-proof paper.
> Outer cartons shall be lined with buffer materials to resist extrusion and collision during transportation.
> Meanwhile, dustproof and waterproof measures must be taken in storage and packaging procedures to keep the elastic paint handles in perfect condition before delivery.
