Production process of the Bakelite handle
1. Raw materials are first proportionally mixed and fully homogenized,
2. Then molded under high temperature and high pressure for integral curing.
3. After precision demolding, secondary trimming, surface polishing and quality inspection are conducted to remove flaws.
4. Finished products undergo strict tests including high-temperature resistance, structural pressure resistance and anti-drop performance to ensure stable quality of each piece.
Packaging of goods :
We adopt layered protective packaging to avoid transportation damage.
Each handle is individually wrapped with anti-dust PE film, then placed in partitioned cartons with foam padding for shockproof protection.
Outer cartons are thickened and reinforced with strapping tapes, with clear marking of product specifications, quantity and batch information.
This professional packaging effectively prevents scratches, deformation and breakage during long-distance shipping and bulk storage.
