Finish: Polish or Metal Washing(Please see below pictures, you can see the difference of two kinds of finish.) one is Metal Washing, and another is Polishing. Metal washing finish is a little matt, and polishing be shiny. These two kinds are determined by customer, both of them are good in use.
How to produce one Aluminum Kettle Spout, there are below steps:
- 1. The raw material is Aluminum sheet. First step is Rolling it to Aluminum tube;
- 2. Then another machine to press the Mouth of Kettle Spout, the mouth is a little smaller than other parts.
- 3. Bending machine: to bend the Aluminum tube to the Spout shape. This step would press at two positions. One is at the Mouth, and another at the Neck.
4. Expansion machine: Using water high pressure to blow up the aluminum tube, so that the uneven surface of the aluminum tube becomes smooth.

- 5. Make a neck for the Kettle spout, thus the assembling of kettle would be much easier.
- 6. Finish: Usually there are two kinds of finish, one is Metal Washing, and another is Polishing.
- 7. Packing: As the kettle spout is semi products, it is just kettle spare parts, so the packing always be bulk packing.
